How much is Postage and Packaging/Shipping?
All purchases are posted fully trackable, however various postage rates are available to suit every customer. Each shipment will automatically be set up with shipment and delivery notifications either via text or email.

– Fully tracked 2nd Class delivery with signature £4.00
– International delivery with signature £10
Free UK Shipping is sent as 2nd class, if you require items to be sent as 1st class shipping, you will be charged full price for this service.
Please note: There are no additional cost per item per order and postage is non-refundable when an item is returned to us. Customs charges are for customers to pay to accept package.
Orders containing any pre-order items will only ship when the entire order is ready and in stock. Please consider making separate orders if you are ordering in stock and pre-order items.
We have a no hassle cancellation policy for any pre-order items and do not charge a cancellation fee. Simply email us via our contact form or reply to your order confirmation email.

Buying Multiple Items:
At AWP, we don’t always know if you are buying multiple presents or purchasing multiple items for yourself. With this in mind (and trying not to overuse our canvas bags) we will send all orders containing two of an item in one bag (i.e x2 nail polishes or earrings & necklace). If you are buying each for a gift, please leave a note at the checkout or send us an email to request a bag for each additional nail polish/jewellery item.

Do you exchange or refund?
At A Weathered Penny we strive for you to be really happy and satisfied with your purchases, however, if you are unsatisfied with your purchases, for whatever reason, A Weathered Penny will accept returns for an exchange of goods or offer a refund on the terms that: * The item is unworn. * Item MUST be returned in its original packaging. * Email firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of receiving your goods to authorise a refund or an exchange. Please where possible add a picture so we can access the problem if faulty. Please note that custom products such as earrings and nail polish (for hygiene reasons) are non-refundable.
